The primary responsibility of the Dietary Cook is to prepare and serve attractive meals meeting customer expectations, while maintaining a clean, safe Dining Services environment within the guidelines of facility policies, Federal, State and other regulatory requirements.
Dietary Aide Primary Responsibilities
The Dietary Aide is responsible for providing assistance with daily functions of the Dietary Department and to maintain a clean, safe work environment for all resident meals in accordance to the facility, OBRA, Federal State and other regulatory expectations.
